Possession - Depth Play - Penetrating Passes

Comment: This soccer training program focuses on developing the possession, the depth play and performing accurate penetrating passes in the right time.The emphasis is also laid on the cooperation of players, soccer specific endurance and speed of play. Only field players take part in the training, goalkeepers work apart with their coach or used as field players.For the optimal organisation, 16 - 18 field players can be used in the training. In this case they can work in two groups in the warm up passing, two or three groups in the exercise 1, there are some resting players in exercise 2 and the number of players is optimal for exercise 3. Of course the session works with other number of players, however the coach must really care of changing players during the games and the resting time.
