Comment: This soccer training program emphasises improving the basic tactical cooperation between the defenders and closing the deep passing directions.The training session also focuses on developing possession, team play and transition.Only field players take part in the training, goalkeepers work apart with their trainer or used as field players. For the optimal organisation, 16 field players can be used in the training. In this case they can work in two groups in the warm up passing, Exercise 1 - 2 and there is a resting player in Exercise 3. Of course the session works with other number of players, however the coach must really care of changing players during the games and the resting time.
