Speed of Play and One Touch Passing Combined with Basic Defending Cooperation Principles

The soccer training program emphasizes developing the one touch passing, decision making and speed of play.
This session also focuses on practising defending movements and cooperation between the defenders.
4 goalkeepers take part in the Exercise 3, but they can be substituted by field players or small goals can be used without goalkeepers, etc.

Warm up

Players jog at low intensity.
After 3 min. jogging they perform basic athletic movements at low intensity.
Dynamic stretching are performed for the main muscles.
