Warm up

Players perform dribbling between sticks with determined different techniques.
Sticks are placed about 2 meters apart as shown.
When players reach the last stick they dribble back to the starting position.

1:Zig-zag with right foot
2:Zig-zag with left foot
3:Zig-zag using both feet
4:Zig-zag with the inside of the feet
5:Zig-zag with the outside of the feet
6:Juggling between the sticks
All of the variations are performed two times.
