Developing Teamwork with Different Soccer Tactic Games and Practising Finishing

This soccer training program focuses on improving the fast combination play, changing sides while attacking, continuous supporting movements and cooperation.
The receiving technique of the attackers and the passing skills of the midfielders are also developed during the training session.
The 4v3 Small Sided Soccer Game and the Individual Technique and Position Specific Movements are done on the two halves of the pitch at the same time.
Attackers and midfielders change periodically.

Warm up

This soccer warm up has 2 parts. 1. Players make different athletic movements with the condition trainer. For example: crossover step, arm circle back and forth etc. Then players make 2 running across the half with 60-70% intensity. They perform static stretching for the main muscles. 2. Headplay Players make passes with hand and they can score only with head.
