Defending Principles in 1v1 and Collective Defensive Play

Warm up

The players are divided into 2 groups and they perform the soccer warm-ups in area A and B. After 10 minutes the groups change positions.
A: Players make different soccer passing drills.
B: Players perform various exercises (feints, juggling etc.) while dribbling.
The tasks are executed with two balls.
A/1: Players dribble the ball to the next place. The exercise is performed in both directions.
A/2: Players make the soccer passing exercise with 2 touches. They move sideway from behind the stick, perform an accurate receiving (first touch) and pass(second touch). The exercise is performed to both directions. Players follow their passes.
A/3: Players perform the soccer passing drill with one touch. They move before the stick and play the ball to the next player. The exercise is performed in both directions. Players follow their passes.
