Coordination - Agility - Develop the Functional Technique

This soccer training program emphasises developing coordination, harmony of movements and agility.
The second part of the session focuses on adapting the coordinated movements with the ball, practising short range one-touch passing, different combinations and functional passing technique.
The training also helps to improve possession, combination play, decision making and cooperation.
Only field players take part in the training, goalkeepers work apart with their trainer or used as field players.
