Warm up

Exercise 1: Jogging in the specified area.
Duration: 2 min.
Exercise 2: 10v10 headplay without goalkeepers.
Duration: 2x5 min.
Exercise 3: Players perform basic passing drills and get ready for man to man struggles.
Players pass each other with one-touch or receiving and for the coach sign they make different tasks.
For example: Clashing with shoulder, chest, covering the ball with or without body contact.

Duration: 25 minutes
