Building Attack in a 4-1-3-2 Formation and Breaking Through the Defence in the Middle

This session focuses on innervating basic tactical movements and practicing cooperation between players.
The training also emphasizes developing the breaking through the defending line and finding the deep passing channels between the defenders at game specific speed and pressure.

In the exercise 1 and 2, there are more variations. Of course, there's no need to perform all of them.
