Basis of Possession

This soccer training program focuses on developing building up possession and preparing the depth play.
Besides, the training emphasises innervating the importance of the supporting movements to maintain possession and
improving the speed of play, awareness and reaction ability.
Only field players take part in the training, goalkeepers work apart with their trainer.
