Cones are used to create the playing area with three zones in it.
The size of the area and the zones should be created according to the given age-group.
Three portable small goals are set up as shown.
Players are split into two teams. 4v3+2.
Four defenders try to keep possession and build up the attack in the middle zone against 3 attackers.
Two more midfielders are placed in the third zone.
Description and Graphics
The defenders' aim is to play out the three attackers and find passing opportunities to one of the three goals.
The attackers' put pressure on the defenders, try to intercept the ball and score after transition to attack.
The midfielders in front of the goals try to close the deep passing channels and intercept the ball.
