Organisation

Cones are used to create two equal squares according to the age group.
The working areas are approximately 5x5 meters.
Players work in pairs, an arbiter and an imitator must be identified.
Players change roles after every exercise.
In the first variation there are 8 balls in total, in the second variation we use 2 soccer balls and 2 tennis balls (tennis balls can be replaced with cones as well).

Description and Graphics

The exercise starts by the command of the coach.
Players have to perform their movements at 100% intensity.
The arbiter has the opportunity to move free in his zone.
The imitator has to copy the movements of the arbiter as quickly as possible in his own zone.
Duration: maximum 20 sec.
Take care of enough resting time.
