Organisation

Players are arranged in a row between the two big cones as shown.
Players are split into two teams and identified with different colors.
Assign a number to each player in both teams.
Small cones are placed in front of the players according to the variation of the exercise and in the distance adequate to the age group.

Description and Graphics

This soccer speed drill focuses on developing reaction ability and speed. To raise efficiency make the task competitive. Coach must give univocal commands. At coach's sign players have to react and take a cone in a determined way according to the present exercise.
