Organisation

Four different colored cones are used to create an approximately 10x10 meters square. Pay attention to the size of the area, use age specific distances.
In front of the coach there are 4 same colored cones as placed in the corners of the square.
Two players are in the middle identified by different colors.
The coach holds cones of the same color as the colors of the players.

Description and Graphics

The coach is outside of the square with two cones in his hands and four ones in front of his feet.
The players are standing and waiting for the coach' signal in the middle of the square, as shown.
The cones have special roles. The one that the coach lifts determines the player. The other one that the coach touches with his foot, shows for this player the cone where he needs to sprint. The other player must react fast and run to the diagonal corner.

For example: When the coach lifts the blue cone and he touches the red with his foot, the blue player must react and sprint to the red corner, the white player reacts and sprints diagonally toward the blue corner.
Who reaches the right cone first is the winner.
The progression continues after a short break for 2 wins.
