Organisation

Players are split into two equal numbered groups from 4 up to 8.
Set up two triangles by poles as seen and six big cones between the triangles (3+3).
Each team has three same colored big cones in the middle.
Distances and the size of the triangle should be created according to the given age-group.
The game should be perform to both directions.

Description and Graphics

At the coach's command the exercise starts from Position 'A'. 
Players run in alphabetical order, the running direction in the exercise is predetermined. 

The relay game can be over in two ways:

  1. All the three cones of the opponent team are upset (overturned)
  2. The last player of the faster team arrives and changes at Position 'A'.

Players in Position 'C' have special roles, since they can act with the big cones in different ways:

  • After the change with 'B', player 'C' can upset one cone of the opponent team, or he can set up one of his own team. It's important that the player can touch only one cone.
  • If the player in Position 'C' decide that he can sprint and change in Position 'A' without overturning the opponent's or setting his own big cone.
