Organisation

Cones are used to mark the players' positions in a zig zag layout as shown.
Distances of the positions are 10-12 meters diagonally.
Players are split into two groups. The groups work together and the exercise is performed with more balls.
Players change their positions in alphabetical order following their passes.

Description and Graphics

The progression starts by the players in Positions A at the same time.
Players combine in a zig-zag way and receive the balls outside their cones by a determined technique. The players in Positions G, dribble the ball back to the starting points, as shown.
Players have to take care not to hit the dribblers and the balls of the other group, during the passing.
This activation exercise can be also used as a warm up session.
