Organisation

Small cones or flat cones indicate the positions of the outside players.
Two mannequins are placed in the middle, 2 meters apart and about 5–6 meters from the side positions.
Players work in groups of three.
Two players act as servers on the sides with balls, while one player positions in the middle between the mannequins.
The activity is performed with two balls simultaneously.
Players remain in their positions during the progression.

Description and Graphics

One of the server players starts the sequence by passing the ball to the middle player. From there, the three players combine in a predetermined pattern.
The main focus is on scanning, body orientation, first touch, passing accuracy, and overall cooperation.
