Organisation

Players are arranged as shown.
Place two server players to the blue cones. Other players are positioned to the red cones in both Position A and B.
Players change continuously between A and B positions, the server roles are changed periodically.

Description and Graphics

From Position A both players run towards the opposite server player, around the cones. Server player chooses one of them and passes the ball to the chosen player. The player who gets the ball has to receive it in an open body position. In that moment the other player from Position A changes direction and accelerates into space and gets the ball from his fellow. He dribbles towards the other server player and passes the ball to him. They return to Position A. The exercise continues in the other direction the same way.
