Organisation

Cones are placed to mark players' positions and running directions. Yellow cones are the positions of the players, orange ones determine the route of the players. We can perform this soccer drill with 6 up to 22 players. Players continuously change positions in a determined direction after performing a pass and technical tasks. Load and resting periods must be calculated acording to the number of players and the given age-group.
