Organisation

Set up two 5-meters triangles about 10 meters apart as shown.
In the soccer passing drill players change their positions continuously.

Description and Graphics

P1 starts this soccer drill. P1 passes the ball to P2 who receives it in an open body position. After the first touch he passes the ball to P3 between the cones. P3 also receives it in an open body position. After receiving he dribbles and forwards the ball to P4. P4 also receives the ball in an open body position and after the first touch he passes the ball to P5 between the cones.
