Organisation

Cones are used to mark an approximately 20x40 meters playing area.

Red cones mark the players starting positions in the middle as shown, the yellow cones have the same function in the corners.

Split the squad into two teams. Players work in groups of two. Teams change their roles periodically after a determined number of repetition.

Description and Graphics

In this exercise the first pair of blue team start the game for the coach's sign.

Both players dribble the ball at speed towards the cone inside. They turn around the cone the same way on the determined side. After turning around the cone they shoot on goal. When the blue players have taken the shoots, the red pair start their combination to beat the blues in a 2v2 situation and score. Blue team try to defend their goal and score to the other sided goal when they intercept the ball.
