Organisation

Set up 5 stations as shown. 20 players are split into 5 groups of 4. There is a group in each stations. The groups change positions after finish an exercise. The points of the groups are added up, which results in the final ranking of the groups at the end of the exercises. Repetitions must be fixed in every station before the beginning.

Description and Graphics

Station 1: Players dribble the ball toward the stick in front and they perform an optional feint. After the feint players must shoot on goal from the marked area as soon as possible. Scored goal makes a point. Station 2: 2 players are in crossing positions, and 2 players are in the middle. Players change role after a determined number of crossing. Pairs work together. Crossings must come outside of the marked area, and players in the middle try to finish with a goal. Scored goal makes a point. Station 3: Players try to lob the ball into the marked square from distance. The kicking must be performed behind the line of the cones. Players try to hit the square in turns. Station 4: The aim is the same as in Station 2 but the players in the middle are not restricted, they can go into the penalty box as well. Station 5: Players try to hit the cross bar from 15 meters' distance. When a player can head the rebound from the cross bar into the net he gets 2 points.
