Organisation

Players and cones are placed as shown. Players change positions continuously following their passes. The soccer drill is performed by both sides. From positions D players move to collect the ball and go to the other sided starting position: A. The continuous restart from Positions A and its time must be determined to reach the correct rhythm of this soccer drill.

Description and Graphics

Players begin this soccer drill by dribbling from Position A to the blue cones. After reaching the blue cones' line they pass the ball to Position B with a determined role. Player in Postion B performs the movement before he receives the ball in a determined way and towards it to Position C. Player in position C receives it by a determined role and combines with a player or players in Position D. Then he shoots on goal.
