This soccer finishing exercise focuses on changing positions, the movements in a fluid way and developing the shooting and finishing skills. 
The variations also help improve the cooperation between the players and practice the one-touch combinations.

Organisation

Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
12-16 field players and 2 goalkeepers take part in the exercise for the optimal execution.
Distances of the players’ position must be counted and planned according to the age-group.
Sticks are placed to draw the passing channels in the middle and stimulate the defenders’ positions.
Players work in pairs. There are 2 combining players (CP) who make the determined combinations with the pairs.
The combining players’ positions are changed periodically, the other players change continuously during the task.
The soccer finishing exercise should be performed to both directions.
