Organisation

Players are located on the sides of the goals in A-B and C-D positions. The exercises always start from the left side of the goals, but the sides can be changed after determined actions. The tasks are done by turns. Changes: Players always run to the opposite position, so Player A runs to position D, B runs to C and D runs to A, C runs to B. There's a central zone in the middle of the pitch from where the players have to shoot on goal.
