Organisation

This soccer dribbling drill is executed optimally with 12 players, who are divided into 4 groups of 3.
Players are arranged as shown and they change their positions continuously in A-B and C positions.
Distances have to be adequate to the age-group.
The first players hold a ball in each groups.
Two variations can be seen, which are performed with 4 balls together.
The variations are performed to both directions.

Description and Graphics

The groups are only identified with red and white colours in the description and graphics to make it clearer.
The ball control, feinting, the timing of movements and the orientation is very important, because the players must perceive their mates' movements opposing and next to them.
