Organisation

Cones are used to mark an approximately 25x25 meters octagonal shape.
Players are split into two teams of eight and identified with different colors.
Four players from both teams are positioned in the playing area, the others are placed outside in determined way, as shown.
Players change the inside and outside positions after every repetition, the outside positions on the lines are changed periodically between the teams.
