Organisation

Players are split into two groups. Players work in pairs and change their roles continuously, after defending players go to the end of the attacking group. One goalkeeper is placed into the goal. Cones are used to create a 22x40 meters area and a 10x22 meters area in it.

Description and Graphics

Defender serves an aerial ball into the marked smaller area. Attacker must receive the ball in the area and accelerate towards the goal in front. Attacker tries to beat the defender and score a goal. Defender tries to win the ball or prevent a goal. Players must defend with the correct defending technique. When defender wins the ball he can score it into the other empty goal.
