Organisation

Poles are used to create a 3-4 meters wide goal. Two starting points are next to the goal. Two "heading" positions are in front of the goals opposite sides.
Players are split into two teams and they are arranged as shown. They are changing their positions and roles continuously in a determined order while the game is performing. Teams are attacking and defending alternately.
