Organisation

Create a square in front of the penalty area. Place two cones to set the starting position. Place a stick behind the starting position about 5 meters apart. Split the team into three and place them as shown. Players work in threes: two attackers (A1,A2) and a defender (D). Players change position periodically.

Description and Graphics

A1 passes the ball to A2. A1 sprints and turns around the stick and accelerates towards A2. After receiving the ball A2 tries to keep the position and cover the ball from the defender until A1 reaches the marked area. A2 lays the ball off to A1 who accelerates into space and shoots on goal. Defender tries to stop the attackers and win the ball.
