Description and Graphics

All the players have a ball and they work in pairs. The players are competing each other, meanwhile they are making different technical tasks.

Four exercises can be seen.

  1. The players are dribbling the ball in a zig-zag way between the red flat cones, then they dribble to the line of the yellow flat cones, stop the ball with the sole of the foot, and they pass it into the small goals.
  2. The players are dribbling the ball in a zig-zag way between the red flat cones, they dribble the ball diagonally to the other sided yellow flat cones, stop the ball with the sole of the foot, then they pass the ball into the small goals.
  3. The players are dribbling the ball in a zig-zag way between the red flat cones, then they dribble to the line of the yellow flat cones, stop the ball with the sole of the foot, change side, then they pass it into the small goals.
  4. The players are dribbling the ball in a zig-zag way between the red flat cones, they dribble the ball diagonally to the other sided yellow flat cones, stop it with the sole of the foot, then they pass the ball into the small goals.

Of course the tasks can be changed, the coach can decide on the basis of the players' abilities.
