Organisation

The equipment is arranged as shown.
The player stands with a ball in front of the Quickster.

Description and Graphics

There are 8 exercises in this individual progression:

  • Exercise 1: The player is making half volley passes with the inside of the foot continuously. He makes determined repetitions with the right foot, then he changes.
  • Exercise 2: The player is making half volley passes with the inside of the foot continuously, but he is passing with both feet by turns.
  • Exercise 3: The player is passing the ball in the air with the inside of the foot. He makes determined repetitions with the right foot, then he changes.
  • Exercise 4: The tasks are the same as in the previous one but the player is passing with both feet by turns.
  • Exercise 5: The player is making half volley passes with the instep of the foot continuously. He makes determined repetitions with the right foot, then he changes.
  • Exercise 6: The player is making half volley passes with the instep of the foot continuously, but he is passing with both feet by turns.
  • Exercise 7: The player is passing the ball in the air with the instep of the foot. He makes determined repetitions with the right foot, then he changes.
  • Exercise 8: The tasks are the same as in the previous one but the player is passing with both feet by turns.
