Improve the Combination Play and Changing Sides by Various Games

This training session focuses on breaking the defense after changing sides, helps to innervate diagonal positioning and cooperation between attackers and midfielders.
The training also aims to practise short and long passes on the ground and improve the timing of passes and supporting movements.
For the optimal organisation, 18 field players and two goalkepeers can take part in the training.
Of course the session works with other number of players, however it can have affect on the number of players during the game. (Exercise 3)

Warm up
