Organisation

Mark out 3 equal areas (7x25 meters) as shown.
Three teams of four are identified with different colors and placed into the grids.
The team in the middle has defensive role, and teams on the sides have attacking roles. Teams change role and positions periodically.
Goalkeepers are in the goals which are approximatelly 14-15 meters from the area's end.

Description and Graphics

One of the two teams of four possesses the ball and tries to play to the other sided attacking four by performing a deep pass between the defenders. When the defenders catch the ball the attackers have to perform a run to the other sided base-line and back to the other sided attacking area. When attackers play the ball to the other side and the other sided attacking players score a goal after a lay back, the defenders have to perform a run to the base-line and back.
