The exercise focuses on developing the building attacks on wings in 4-4-2 formation.
This soccer drill also helps to improve the cooperation between the inside midfielders, wingers and attackers.

Organisation

Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
Players perform the exercises on both halves of the field at the same time.
The attackers change their positions after 10 minutes to get the ball from both sides.

Description and Graphics

Players practising the build attacks from the central zone. The inside midfielders always start the attack and they play to the wings. After short combinations the wingers cross the ball to the attackers arriving into the goal area or make tempo pass to the attacker cutting in. Players do the exercises easily. The adequate movement without the ball, technical performance and accurate finishing are important.
