Organisation

Players work in a group of five. We can execute the soccer passing drill with six players as well. In this case there are 2 players in Position E.
One cone and four mannequins (poles) are used to create an adequate sized triangle as shown. Players are in the corners of the triangle.
Player in Position E acts as a server player. Players in Positions A, B, C and D change continuously during the exercise.
Roles of the server and other players are periodically changed. The exercise is performed with one ball.

Description and Graphics

In this exercise the server player (E) stays in his position during the progression. Players in A, B, C and D change their positions and roles. This soccer drill contains difficult combinations, the demonstration and introduction of movements is essential before practising.
