Organisation

Players work in a group of five.

Three cones are used to mark the three outside players' positions.

Four poles are placed to mark the passing channels.
Distances of the poles are 2-3 meters and the cones are 5-8 meters apart from the poles.

This passing exercise is performed with two balls.
The positions and roles of the players are changed periodically.

Description and Graphics

Three outside players with 2 balls and two inside players take part in the exercise.
The passing drill can start by any of the three outside players A, B or C, to one of the inside players in position D.
At the time of the first pass, the other ball is also started by an other outside player.
The inside player must receive the ball so that he could play it  in an other passing channel between the sticks.
While the ball is moving towards him (the pass from outside), he has to observe the outside players' passes with the other ball.
He must receive the ball to the free outside player's direction to be able to pass it out for the second touch.
Inside players change their positions continuously.

Players outside have to also observe all the two balls and combine fast and accurately.
