Cones are used to mark the players' positions.
The distances of the sticks and cones must be considered carefully according to the given age-group.
Two goals are placed as shown.
Players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order.

Description and Graphics

Player in position A begins the progression by asking a ball from Player B. Player in position B serves a ball for a header and Player A knocks it back. After the header player A accelerates to a given direction, turns around the stick and sprints into the small square in the middle. Player in position C passes a ball into the square. Player who receives the ball has to make his first touch on the ball at speed and receives the ball in a determined direction. Techniques of the first touch should be different. After coming out from the small square the player dribbles at speed to turn around the yellow stick as shown and he performs an accurate shoot on goal.

Two variations can be seen in this soccer exercise.
