Organisation

Two small cones sign the server players' positions.
Two poles or mannequins are also placed as shown.
5-5 big cones mark the paths of the the zig-zag dribbling.
Distances and the size of the playing area should be created according to the given age group.
6-10 players take part in this exercise. Two of them are server players in Position A. Players in B and C work and change their positions continuously during the exercise.
Server players are changed periodically.

Description and Graphics

The task is implemented with two balls at the same time. Servers in Position 'A' begin the exercise by passing (1) the ball to the players in Position 'B' and 'C'. They perform wallpasses (2-3) to play out the mannequins as shown. Player 'B' and 'C' lob (4) the ball to the further server players' hand, then run across to to the other side, bypass (4) the mannequin and ask for a header. Server players throw the ball (5) that 'B' and 'C' head back directly (6) to the servers. After the header they turn, run (6) and pick up the ball in the small marked area. They perform zig-zag dribbling (7) between the big cones and accelerate back to the marked area to stop the ball there.
In Exercise 2 and 3 more combinations are executed. See the details below.
