Description and Graphics

One player from one team holds a ball (attacker) and faces a defender from the other team. Defender is placed into the middle of the area. At coach's command attacker starts the soccer exercise with dribbles through the middle zone and beats the defender. When attacker reaches the other end of the middle zone he passes the ball to his team-mate and replaces him. Receiver's task is the same the other direction. When defender takes the ball from the attacker he has to dribble out from the area towards one of his team-mates. After playing one of the outside players he replaces him and goes to the end of the group. The team who loses the ball is now in defend.
